Director of Unique Staff, Pascal Sérignat is a graduate of the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. After an interesting experience in Santa Barbara (USA) as a hotel teacher, he came back to Switzerland to be responsible of the training and development programs for the Swiss Hotel Association. He then became human resources and training manager at Hilton International. His career then turned to luxury, working as a personal assistant in charge of human resources to UHNWI.
