Director of Unique Staff, Pascal Sérignat is a graduate of the Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne. After an interesting experience at the City College of Santa Barbara (USA) as lecturer, he came back to Switzerland to be responsible of  training and development programs. He then became human resources and training manager at Hilton International. His career then turned to luxury, working as a personal assistant in charge of human resources for family offices, internationally.
 
Pascal Sérignat has obtained a Master’s degree in human capital management, followed by a PGCert in higher education and the FSEA Adult Trainer's certificate, as well as a diploma in mediation and a certificate in executive coaching.
